Introduction
Turmeric Powder Making Machine
This picture above is our turmeric powder grinder machine.
Our BSP turmeric powder grinder machine can grind dried turmeric pieces or slieces into super fine powder.
And the turmeric powder size can be 60~500 mesh.
The picture below is our turmeric crusher,
if the dry turmeric is big, we shall use a crusher machine to crush the turmeric into small granules,
then let it be milled by our BSP turmeric powder grinder.

remark: different raw material,the capacity will be very different.
For example, if use BSP-750, the turmeric grinding capacity will be around 700~900 kg/hr.
but for sugar powder, capacity will be around 1800 kg/hr

Q: What is the lead time for the turmeric grinder grinding machine?
A: 30~40 work days.
Q: What is the material of the machine?
A: Usually we use Stainless steel 304,
Sometimes,we also use SS316 as customer requests.
Q: Is the powder size adjustable?
A: Yes, the powder size can be changed by setting the parameter of inverter.
For example, if you want finer powder, you can try 25 Hz, if not fine enough,then try 30HZ,35Hz...etc
Q: What is the warranty term?
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
